1, Headset
Custom designed and unique to Cylon the patented headset carry’s the camera in comfort and offers multiple mounting points and is worn around the back of the head to allow for the use of helmets, the unique design gives impact protection, is fully adjustable and can be worn for 12 hours in complete comfort.

2, Camera
The unique Cylon camera offers a high resolution (512 x 384) full colour image with auto switching to monochrome in low light situations. Water resistant and made from tough hi impact plastic the camera is as tough as it is functional.

3, Remote control
Easy one touch control that is lapel mounted to give immediate control over the system. The control requires a 3 second touch to prevent accidental switching off and on; the remote has a study clasp to hold the remote in place. The remote also houses the systems hi quality microphone to pick up every word in crisp digital audio.

4, Base Unit

A uniquely modified digital video recorder, the Cylon system can hold 400+ hours of full motion video with sound.
Recorded at 25 frames per second in mpeg 4 format the high resolution images and encoded onto the built in 100Gb hard drive on the fly and have a security watermark burnt into every frame. The system easily interfaces with any PC via high speed USB2 or video recording system with the included AV unit.

5, Battery
This light weight lithium Ion battery that offers an incredible 12 hours of constant recording and only a 2 hour recharge time.

6, AV Unit / remote control
An easily connected adapter that allows the unit to be played back via Scart, AV leads, S-video and even offers a full function remote control so whether you are transferring the footage to DVD or playing back for training on a big screen.

7, Carry case
Custom made high impact carry case with laser cut foam to hold you system safety for transport and storage when not in use.

8, Charger
Mains charger that just plugs in and recharges the unit for the next days use. The system can still be used whilst charging so you can use this time to review footage, move files and transfer any needed video to your pc etc.

9, Protective pouch
A police grade protective pouch that carries the base unit when in the field. The tough case allows full access to the unit whilst offering protection to the system and giving shower protection – but the unit is still best kept either under a jacket or on a utility vest for bad weather. The pouch has an extremely tough belt clip and has proven itself with hundreds of hours of use.

10, Connectors
The connector kit has almost every cable and adapter you can imagine to allow the system to connect to just about every kind of AV device you could want.
