We produce the Cylon head camera system which is now in use by over 40 Police forces, and with street wardens across the UK, from Plymouth to Liverpool and Newcastle.

The system has proven itself with dozens of arrests and convictions and is covered by full health and safety reports / approval and forensic operating guidelines that have been independently produced for police and home office use.

For street wardens the system has proved itself to be a valuable addition to the officer, giving a full 12 hours of recording with sound, in both day and night time conditions using our Cylonite camera technology . The system is also equipped with an encrypted software system that stores up to 400 hours of footage with tamper proof time and date stamps on every frame of footage.

The system makes it possible to record anything from anti social behaviour, drinking, homelessness, begging and  night time city centre violence and also to enforce by laws like littering, cycling areas and even to record graffiti, damaged property, drug usage  and abandoned vehicles etc. The system also provides protection for the wearer and records any abusive behaviour or violence etc. They are also being used by rapid response teams and even for in car use and mobile patrols.

Cylon camera systems have had numerous convictions and the evidence is now accepted in the UK courts, and is also being used private security companies and the night club industry for door teams etc, this all stems from the equipments police background and court proven security features.

The system itself is worn on a impact resistant headset with the camera at eye level, and the microphone is on a clip on the lapel or jacket. The footage is stored in a miniature digital recorder which encrypted the footage and automatically stores in a cascading file system, which always hold the previous 31 days of footage and allows it to be easily transferred to any windows PC or external video device such as DVR or Video Tape.
